These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Koala Tracker (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Koala Tracker.
Koala Tracker helps you plan and track your day: slots and day zones, activities and ad-hoc lists, checklists, timers, commute times, templates, reminders and statistics such as effort scores and streaks. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
Use Koala Tracker only for lawful, personal planning. Do not attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt or overload the service, probe or bypass its security, automate sign-ins or scrape it, or use it to store unlawful content.
Everything you enter (task names, notes, checklists, lists, plans and logged time) remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service to you. Please avoid storing highly sensitive information (for example health records, financial or identity numbers, or other people’s personal data) in free-text fields.

We do not use advertising, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in, remember a trusted device and protect forms.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose it only where required by law.
To help you with a problem, an authorised support person may view your account as you see it. This is used only to resolve issues you raise or to keep the service secure, and is never used for any other purpose.
Your data is kept while your account is open. You can reset your data or delete your account at any time in My account; deletion removes your account and planner content. Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then overwritten, so deleted data disappears from backups within that period.
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Koala Tracker shows plans, timers, scores and suggestions to help you organise your time. They are not medical, health, fitness, psychological or professional advice. Rest when you need to and consult a qualified professional about your health.
We aim to keep Koala Tracker running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and features may change. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, time, opportunity or income arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (if any). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using the app. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions, data requests or complaints: aznamierth@gmail.com.
